I tried it all: massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractors. They gave me temporary relief, but the pain always returned. I worked through the pain, unable to truly enjoy time with my kids or live life the way I wanted. I refused to accept that the only options were surgery, spinal fusion, epidural shots, or a lifetime on pain medication — but that’s all that was offered here in the U.S.
