Steps

1. Please send your most recent X-ray and/or MRI directly to the doctor for review.

2. After the doctor reviews your scans and determines that you are a suitable candidate, we will contact you to schedule a video consultation via WhatsApp.

3. If, after the consultation, you feel confident and comfortable moving forward, a non-refundable deposit will be required, if the procedure is canceled for any reason due to the doctor you will receive a full refund. This deposit covers the doctor's time, staff coordination, hospital preparations, and other administrative costs.

4. Once the deposit is received, we will provide you with a detailed information packet. This packet will include everything you need to know about your trip, including flight options, hotel accommodations, and transportation.

5. The packet contains direct links for booking flights and hotels—making the process simple and easy.

6. The information packet includes:

o Airline details

o Hotel name and included amenities

o Transportation to and from the hospital

You are welcome to arrive a few days early if you'd like to explore or do some sightseeing.
